STUDENT FEE: $975 per student

Every student must return a commitment form with their initial non-refundable deposit by Monday, November 8th to be considered a participant for this trip.

The Nation Ford High School Band will be attending the Heritage Music Festival in Washington D.C

Charter bus transportation to/from Washington D.C. (as well as destinations within the D.C. area that are part of our trip)

● 4 nights in a high quality D.C. area hotel

● Breakfast, Lunch, & Dinner during our stay (meals in transit to and from D.C. are not included)

● 1 ticket to the National Symphony Orchestra Performance

● 1 ticket to the American Ballet Theatre Open Rehearsal

● 1 ticket to the American Ballet Theatre Performance

● Admission to select D.C. museums (based on schedule availability)

All student band fees (example – yearly band fees, winter guard, and indoor percussion, etc.) must be current according to the previously announced payment schedules to be eligible for participation in this optional trip. Note – A place on the trip will not be secured unless all outstanding debt is paid in full. All money paid to the Band Booster Club is applied to outstanding debt prior to being applied to optional trips, regardless of what is noted on the payment. It is essential that every person stay current with their payments for this trip. Delinquent accounts cannot be tolerated and will be closed. Any money that has not already been committed to various agencies may or may not be refunded. In this situation, you will fall under the strict guidelines of the travel company, beyond the control of the Fort Mill School District Band Booster Club, band directors, or Fort Mill School District #4. The school and their entities cannot be held responsible under these circumstances. If you have any reason to think a payment may be delinquent, please contact Mr. Linkous BEFORE the payment date of that installment.

3 Ways to Pay for your trip:

 

1. Write a check to FMDBBC and mail it to:

2. Pay online through the band website.

 

• Go to https://nationfordband.com/

• The right hand column says “Paying with PayPal.”

• Type your student’s name in the box under “Student.”

• Click “Pay Now.” This will take you to PayPal.

• In the “Price Per Item box," type the amount you want to pay.”

• Click “Continue”

• On the next screen, click the gray box at bottom that says “Pay with Debit or Credit Card.”

• Fill in your payment information and click “Pay Now.”

 

* Note Pay Pal DOES add an additional fee when band fees are paid through them

 

3. Write a check to FMDBBC and send it with your student. There is a box for payments in Mr. Krieger's office (Mr.Woody’s old office).

 

** If you want to apply your points to pay for band fees, then please send an email to Mrs. Nicky Ludolph at nafocharms@gmail.com requesting the points be applied.
